I still haven't seen any explanation of how the supposed 100 mph chase started. This story, nor the local news stories, doesn't say. Was the car stolen. Was the driver weaving? Where the occupants guilty of driving a 'Vette while brown? What was the deal?

WAS there a 100mph chase? Is there video? It is to be assumed the cop was going to lie about the circumstances of the shooting, so the circumstances of the stop might very well be fabrication.
