"When he came to my window, he was full-up ANGRY and demanding to know why I hadn't pulled over."
That's when you ask him to have his Sargent or LT come to the scene immediately.
"He said, "When a police officer tells you to pull over, YOU PULL OVER!!!" in kind of a Frank Constanza type rage."
"Officer, Here is my license, registration and insurance papers. I will speak with your superior when he arrives. Please refrain from yelling at me unless you wish me to file a conduct report about this with your Watch Commander."

I had another one tell me that my drivers' license wasn't legal because I'd gotten married, gone on my honeymoon for a week, been home 2 days and still hadn't had a chance to go down to the SS office or the DPS to change my name and get a new driver's license. Without my bringing up anything about me being married or not, he looked at my license asked me, "Is this your married name?" When I replied "No...I haven't changed it legally yet." He said, "Well, if you're married, then this license isn't accurate." I repeated to him that the name on the license was still my legal name because I hadn't had a chance to change it legally yet. He repeated, "Your license isn't accurate if it's still got your maiden name."
At that point, I just shut-up.
