I don't see any basis for that unless you can find some kind of trend beyond what's on this tape.

From the other thread, the cops stopped the guy who took the video 3 times and searched his vehicle. That smell like conspiracy to obstruct justice and civil rights violations. Lean on the cops who made those stops until they give up the bosses.
