No argument from me.

Remember, San Francisco has ONLY 750,000 people; that's is really small when compared to New York, L.A., Chicago, Detroit, etc. The gangland scene IS really small. We are talking about DOZENS of young men TOTAL in these gangs, not hundreds or thousands. The cops know almost all of the local gang members because their numbers are so small.
