Carlie's at the jail by Judge Baird's chambers where he refused Jeb Bush a trial and where he refused to allow Terri's parents to enter the Schiavo v. Bush lawsuit.

Judge W. Douglas Baird is wicked but he did not sign the death order. He just blocked Jeb Bush who would only listen to the courts instead of sending the State Troopers in there to save Terri.

I still blame a whole host of people for Terri's murder. Jeb Bush does not get a pass. I hope that his current investigation is GENUINE. If it isn't genuine, then Jebbie has lost all credibility he had left with regard to taking care of the most vulnerable.

I sure hope there Jeb will support a real investigation. I always had a feeling that he just didn't care about Terri.

BTW, Wendy Murphy stated last night that Haleigh is showing signs of improvement.
