I think they have to. The international community is kinda sorta demanding that KLA respect minority rights and that simply isn't going to happen. The way things are going for them, they need to cleanse nearly every Serb from southern Serbia before they can accomplish their goal of an independent free market drug dealing zone.

exactly! With the Serbs still remaining in Kosovo it gives Serbia the right to defend their people should it come to that. This issue certainly is a bump on the road towards Independence for Kosovo. By cutting the phone lines means no warnings can be faned out to the other Serb communities. If Nato/UN wanted a true example of genocide this is it. I'm sure walker would disagree.
The Serbs have to return if the minority Serbs are to stand a chance. KLA will again create a distraction and the Nato troops will again be stretched thin then round two for the Albanian mob.
