It relates to the Senate in that the case invoves the Graham/Levin amendment about Gitmo detainees. Recent speeches on the floor of the Senate relate to Congressional intent, and it is amazing thatteh 3 co-sponsors of the amendment appear to see OPPOSIT intent regarding the application of the amendment to pending cases.

I saw that Lindsey Graham is going to be on Fox Sunday with Evan Bayh....wonder WHICH Lindsey will show up???
