Just caught part of a Specter press conference, and he indicated that Inouye would be the 60th vote supporting the motion to waive the budget point of order. Senator Inouye was with his wife, who is not in good health.

At a time of his choosing (as leader, not because he made the motion to reconsider), Senator Frist will bring up the failed motion to waive, for reconsideration of the vote.
