DeWine, Wyden and Talent motions to instuct all passed on voice votes, no roll call.

Senator Reed of RI is now up, having 2 minutes of debate to argue for his motion to instruct. Grassley rebuts in that the motion to remove a tax benefit in 2009 in order to fund military supplies now is silly.

The tax in question is tax on dividends at a rate of 15%. This will be a roll-call vote.
