I think the POOR in New Orleans that made it out...no thanks to Mr. Chocolate Nagin...have decided that living in other states, with more stable local government, better schools, and JOBS...won't be going back.
SOOOOOO...I don't know where that 275 MILLION that Obama wants will go...
and of course, that is probably ON TOP of the 250 BILLION that Landrieu wants.
BTW...I wonder what DID happen to all of the charity money that Clinton and Bush supposedly have raised???
Regarding Katrina....I just heard Rhandi Rhodes on AirAmerika...and she said that she lived in Florida during hurricanes...
and the "lily whites" were treated quite well by FEMA and the fed govt....and it is ONLY because NO is predominately black that FEMA didn't do what it was supposed to do...and President Bush STAYED on vacation....
