On a "plain clothes" officer?
Just curious. How can they charge them for assault on a government official if he wasn't dressed as one?
Badge and ID is all one needs to be identified.
Maybe they thought he was Paparazzi and since they know they they are "big celebrities" al la Cindy Sheehan they pulled a Sean Penn on him.
I was thinking the same thing. These "peace" protestors are idiots but there is just something completely wrong about being charged with assaulting an officer if the officer was dressed in plain clothes.
