Well if he was wearing that hat and coat in Iraq, when that picture was taken, he's crazy :)

I took that picture in June of 2004. It was probably nearly 100 degrees by that point :)

LOL!!! I didn't have a shot of the NEw Orleans guy handy so tourist guy was the best I could do!! He he he!!!
