MSNBC has decided within the last 18 months or so that their target audience is the Daily Kos and DU crowd. This has resulted in the Matthews and Obermann's show going more and more hard left. Also, the token "conservatives" on the show are all anti-Bush, Buchanan, Carlson.

MSNBC is good to watch if we want to know what the enemy is thinking. Be particularly attentive when Matthews:
1) spits more than usual
2) grunts at a quicker pace
