I do not know about you, but, when one is given the privilege of attending the SOTU address, than frankly you should dress appropriately.

Here, here!! I fully agree. To me, this simply shows that one, she was never shown manners and etiquette from her parents; and two, that she is oblivious to standard decorum at formal affairs.
