Cindy is not cooperating with the D.C./Capitol police regarding conditions of release .I say hold the silly (expletive deleted) for a Board of Mental Health Hearing or better still just a Emergency Pyschiatric Commitment followed by an evaluation by a stacked deck so to speak.
