I don't think one can get arrested for wearing a t-shirt under a jacket. I think she must have threatened someone with harm, maybe the president? That's the only thing I can think of for being arrested.

It is a misdemeanor to protest inside the capitol building I'm tellin ya! She threatened NO ONE!!!

Haven't you seen any of the news reports? I've heard two and read three, so far! Sorry to be impatient with ya...
