Morning, Star, cute thread!! We have an obscene amount of Thomas wooden trains, tracks etc. Last night, my boys had their very first swim lesson and Max (2 1/2), I found out after the lesson, had packed Diesel, so he could take a friend with him. Evan likes Edward and Henry.
How have you been? I have a question if anyone with kids reads this. My daughter will only drink milk out of a bottle. I buy the vitamin fortified juice which she drinks with no problem from sippy cups. I don't want to be giving her bottles much longer and am trying to give them for breakfast and before bed only, but obviously, I want to make sure she is getting enough of the "good stuff". Any suggestions as to how to get her to drink milk from the sippy cup without witholding fluids from her until she is so thirsty, she drinks? Or is that pretty much my only option? BTW, she doesn't like chocoalte milk, should I try flavored pediasure or things like that?
Go Steelers!!
We had that problem with Piper...I'm not sure she's drinking much milk even now. I'll have to ask...I know she has it with her cereal in the morning.
For awhile the kids were flavoring her milk with strawberry syrup...but she still didn't drink very much.
Hi WV!
How are you? That's funny. My daughter did the same thing. After I took her off the bottle she never cared for milk again. I let her have the bottle, just a few times a day for the milk, until almost 3. I didn't know what else to do. She still won't drink milk at 8, not even chocolate milk. She loved it as baby and younger toddler age. One day she just decided, I don't like this anymore. I don't know why. Good luck. I hope someone has a better response. :)
OMG -- Mini Gigglelips and your little one are a match made in heaven. He will only drink milk from a bottle too! LOL I have gotten him to drink water from a sippy cup, but that's it -- and I have tried every kind imaginable! LOL
