Old Friend, I have been happy all day .. loved the look on Mrs. Alito's face and it was wonderful to see Alito, Roberts and THomas there!
ut don't you wonder how many women have died since 1p today when Alito was sworn in ? Kennedy and Kerry might have a report ready for us by tomorrow, don't you think ?

"Chip Reid from MSNBC"
He is a no nothing douche bag from a cable station that 100,000 people watch at most. I shudder at his power to influence </sarcasm>

Maybe we should send Senator Kennedy another bogus "news" parody and see if he'll read it on the floor? Who's with me?

I'm just glad I had HDTV when they got the shot of Laura! Many Hollywood actresses would KILL to look that good in High Def. Laura is just ... gorgeous and classy. Also, IMHO, pretty hot.

The evil rhetoric spewed by the dems really made me sick at heart.
Tonight was a little bit of reward for all the suffering those men went through.

What's frightening is that almost all of the California representatives are also members of the DSA Progressive Caucus.

Chip says the line the President said about working together was an odd thing to say because there is so much anger on the Hill and it's too late to do anything about it Wow, big of him to try to get along huh? I don't know anyone who's tried harder to get along than Bush, but I do not want him trading his principles to make them play nice.

"My quick analysis of the speech:

We listened to a lot of post analysis punditry and may I say that is the best analysis I've heard tonight!

I wonder where he was that. I haven't watched local t.v. so I'm clueless. I thought one of the cable networks would have shown something.
