1,500 Police En Route to Ofrah 23:30 Jan 31, '06 / 2 Shevat 5766
(IsraelNN.com) 1,500 police are heading to Ofrah from the Lachish district in preparation for the expulsion in Amona.
According to unofficial reports, police are being instructed to wait outside. The expulsion is expected to get underway during the predawn hours.

Mofaz Promises Soldiers Will Not Remove Amona Residents

(IsraelNN.com) Responding to an inquiry from MK (National Union) Uri Ariel, Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz stated soldiers will not be involved in actually removing residents of Amona, stating the task will be in the hands of police and border police.
Officials report that soldiers will secure the perimeter and logistical support but not actually carryout the expulsion.

I am always surprised at the responses on these threads regarding God's Chosen and how they are being treated. It is very telling, like little kids picking on the short odd or shy kid in class, pile on and have a party - what a sweet place this is, this world, and the lip service so so many give to "never again".
