How 'bout the Fifth Amendment that says that no one will be deprived of Life, Liberty, etc. without due process of law?

That's already out the window. You can kill an infant up until the head leaves the birth canal.

I hate to nitpick but the the law currently states taht the baby can be torn limb from limb unless it is completely delivered. To Americas great shame I might add.
