Historically, Canadians have been fed the lie that they enjoy "professional", "nonpartisan" bureaucrats at all levels of government.

Especially federally & with the Liberals having been in power for the bulk of the past century, nothing could be further from the truth!

Time's well past due to go with the typical "American" system of having far more senior "Mandarins" appointed by and serving solely at the pleasure of the people's duly elected representatives over their term in Office & not beyond.

Wake up Canada!
It's the only way popular mandates bestowed can possibly hope to be achieved!

This country just may be in for the BIGGEST CLEAN UP it has ever experienced. I expect that it could get so BIG that this country will reject a Liberal government for the next 100 years. I doubt it will take much digging either. One will be without any doubt why the Liberals have fought like Wounded She Cats to "stay" in power!!
