That is SOOOO over the top.
Makes me wonder if Lowell Weicker will challenge Joe Lieberman.
I read that Weicker is supporting the guy running against Joementum in the primary and has reserved the option (if this is possible in CT law) to run as an Independent (spoiler) if Lieberman wins his primary.
I never thought California and Connecticut could carry us to 60 but right now things are interesting.
What ever became of Gary Franks? Could he be competetive against Lieberman?
No Ned Lamont is going to challenge Lieberman. The lefties think he's one of them but he's not. He may be opposed to the war in Iraq but I knew him around 10 years ago when he was a selectman in Greenwich and he never struck me as a MOONBAT. But shhhhhhh, don't tell the kooks let them continue to eat their own.
"Makes me wonder if Lowell Weicker will challenge Joe Lieberman."
Would Weicker be running as a democrat? (He was once a Republican; liberal however)
Dems don't seem to have much of a youth movement. Sen. Judiciary committee dems must average 70+ yrs of age?
I favor them keeping the very same people out in front of cameras.
Charismatic Harry Reid, sporting John F. Kerry, Kennedy, Leahy, Kohl, Schumer.
Talk about a gloomy bunch.
Looks like the baby killers are on the war path. Threatening that little humanist ritual with constitutional judges is going to invoke the bowels of hell, apparently. I would not want to be a Democrat Senator right now. They can't get too close to Republicans; but they can get close enough to stab one of their own in the back.
