It should be noted that Baucus, Bingaman, Byrd, Dorgan, Johnson, Landrieu, Lincoln, Nelson, Nelson, Pryor, Rockefeller and Salazar represent states that went to Bush in 2004. So, aren't they technically RED states? So then, isn't this entire rant against the Hawaiians, Cantwell, Carper, Kohl and Leiberman? Hawaii is still shaking from electing a Republican governor, Wisconsin took all night to go to Kerry and Lieberman is the McCain of the Democrats so it makes sense they wouldn't vote with the herd.
The more you examine this, the sillier the whole tirade gets.
Basic Math for DUmmies:
GWB won 31 states.
John F. Kerry won 19 states.
So 62 Senators are in Red states; 38 Blue. No wonder the Senate is trending Republican.
Even the lunatic who wrote this column admits that red-state 'Rats can't afford to Kerrybuster (just like a filibuster only fake). So if the few 'Rat Senators in blue states hadn't crossed over, they would have lost 66-31. Losing by more than 2-to-1 is an asskicking in anyone's book.
But if the DUmmies and other losers on the Left want to run the six crossover 'Rats out of town, I'm all for it. That makes it more likely we'll have over 60 Senators eventually and the filibuster will be dead.
