Really, it's an impressive list, but, not one Air Traffic Controller. There were at least three ARTCCs involved; Boston, NY and Washinton. Cleveland would make four. The NY TRICON (?) and the Washington Approach Control had folks involved. Tower Controllers at Newark, Laguardia, Dulles, Reagan National and probably many others, were tied into real time events.
Not one Controller has come forward? I believe there was a conspiracy to get JFK, but this is just pure bunk.
FWIW, I think it's TRACON :) But you're right, everyone would had to have been in onit. And they would all have to have stayed quiet. These folks are nuts.
