Clinton described as "appalling" the 12 cartoons published in a Danish newspaper in September depicting Prophet Mohammed and causing uproar in the Muslim world.

"None of us are totally free of stereotypes about people of different races, different ethnic groups, and different religions ... there was this appalling example in northern Europe, in Denmark ... these totally outrageous cartoons against Islam," he said.

The cartoons, including a portrayal of the prophet wearing a time-bomb-shaped turban, were reprinted in a Norwegian magazine in January, sparking uproar in the Muslim world where images of the prophet are considered blasphemous.

Clinton criticised the tendency to generalise negative news of Islamic militancy.

Yes, Islam is the religion of peace. Now, bow down to us, and give into our irrational demands before I have you shot!

As a side note, I saw nothing in this post, nor the source article about Clinton.

Hardest hit by the boycott was Danish-Swedish dairy product maker Arla Foods, with annual sales of 3 billion Danish crowns ($487 million) in the Middle East.

I thought this was going to say, "hardest hit were the women and children."

Clinton doesnt speak for the United States. Dont feel bad about them buring your flag they have been buring ours for decades. Its all they can do because they will get trounced militarily and economically. The US is a friend and ally to Scandinavia and the west needs to stick together in the face of these 7th century barbarians. Just watch your back you cant trust Mohammedans.

Every time an article is published about this, it's appropriate that we show the Mudslimes what free speech is all about and that their efforts to intimidate us into abandoning it will fail. Here's a currently active link to all of the cartoons: http://www.di2.nu/files/Muhammed_Cartoons_Jyllands_Posten.html

Gee, no one seems to object much when Arab newspapers publish antisemitic cartoons or Arab leaders make anti-Israel statements.

"None of us are totally free of stereotypes about people of different races, different ethnic groups, and different religions ... there was this appalling example in northern Europe, in Denmark ... these totally outrageous cartoons against Islam," he said."

But of course during Clinton's administration when the New York Museum of Art displayed a Crucifix in a jar of urine or a feces spattered painting of Mary, Clinton had no problem. Then it was just freedom of speech and freedom of artistic expression. Anyone who protested this was treated like they just fell off the turnip truck. But when Islam is saterized it is "appalling" and "totally outrageous."
