To: One Proud Dad

Not sure I agree. Unlike liberals and many neo-conservatives there is a paleo conservative position that says that some jobs are just better off being left to men, as they traditionally have been. Like, say, POTUS. I'm not saying I agree but I don't dismiss it out of hand.

As a woman, I actually agree. I'd rather have a man as POTUS.

Men tend to react w/ logic, while women tend to react w/ emotion. I'm not saying there aren't exceptions to that rule.

This is an example of what is called a 'truism.' That means it is a statement that's true as long as it's true, but there's no law that says it has to be true, nor does it have to remain true. Therefore I agree. I haven't seen a woman come on the scene whom I think has what it takes to be a good president, and I don't see any out there except maybe Jessica Alba. But my mind could be changed. That said, I don't necessarily see any MEN out there that I think would make a good potus.
