Yet you denied, insulted, attempted to define "assigned to", etc etc etc, all of which were wrong.

I have admitted I found the bug report. I still stand by what "assignee" means. The activity log of this bug backs me up.

Face it--you're arguing just for the sake of arguing, and with no experience in the system you're trying to denigrate. I've got actual experience with bugzilla, and I know what I'm talking about.

You, obvious to everyone reading this, do not.

No it doesn't. You said "assignee" meant they weren't the submitter, when very clearly he was the submitter. Which proves my original claim that basically no one outside of apache.org is submitting anything. Which means you have a tiny group of people reviewing the source code, if that is even what they are doing. This site contains just as many UI bugs as anything, hardly lives up to your advance billing as some sort of quantification of source code review. If you want to try something else, go ahead, but this was a total loser.
