It's suppose to be at 4:30pm (est) for cloture vote and 11am (est) tomorrow for the actual vote on Alito
But at this point .. anything can happen .. the dems are rambling and making no sense
The Dems would love to postpone the approval of Alito until after the SOTUA so Bush can't mention it. Hopefully, the votes will stay on schedule.
The DEMs can't change the 4:30 and 11:00 times unilaterally. It takes unanimous consent to shift those. Not that they won't shift, but they won't shift "out," that's for sure.
