Didn't someone say they thought the Republican candidate was polling well against him and this could be a short tenure? (of course, polls don't take into account the Corzine factor).
Menendez is up for election in November. Tom Kean Jr. was polling better then him in earlier polls. I think this vote may come back to bite Menendez in the @ss.
