Stevens is aging and Ginsberg's health has been a topic in the past.

Ginsburg's been treated for cancer. I've heard she had breast and cervical cancer, but then I heard it was another kind, so I'm not sure. I definitely think she should retire for her health--TOMORROW. But I know she won't.

If not for her health, for the health of this country!

It is indeed true that Stevens, Breyer, Souter and Ginsberg will fight to stay on the court until the 2008 election, hoping of course that a Democrat is elected President.

Providence, however, may have other designs. I wish no one ill, but you never know.

I haven't heard about any other health issues, but I'm certain that Justice Ginsburg was diagnosed with colon cancer and had surgery in Sept., 1999 to treat the disease.
