I have to say that the key moment in this process was when Specter spanked Kennedy when Ted tried to take over the hearings. The 'Rats never recovered from that. Arlen has been a good Chairman.
Spector really gave it to ole' Teddy during the hearings. For once, Specter made me happy I voted for him.
