I believe he was in Vietnam. He should have told somebody. It would have been a great campaign issue but I'm sure he's too humble to ever use it as a cheap election ploy. /extreme sarcasm
As much as I try, whenever I think of disadvantaged people I can't force myself to think of Kennedy or Kerry.
