Oh, please do. I would think they would only need a quorum and then the 51 votes. Not sure of the rules.

Good thing is there would be no way that the media could hide that.

LOL. Not and be within the rules of the Senate. They are obliged to VOTE. They have to give a reason, and "be excused" for being unable to.
