I don't know why Rush is saying that that the Dem's have 35 votes for cloture. The official site that's tracking it only has 20 names that have committed to voting NO on cloture. Even with Ensign not being able to vote, they still need 20 more NO votes on cloture, I believe. Why are they already celebrating??
