Also, is Snowe voting aye? If so, then there is a good chance to make some money over at trade sports. 54 R + Byrd, Conrad, Johnson, Nelson= 58 + 2 from NJ.

I think Snowe will vote AYE, not that it matters to the nomination, but it would help the DEMs get to 60 votes.

What's the line on Tradesports? Number of votes for nominee at 60+?

Lieberman announced on local CT radio this morning that he will not support the filibuster. Is this news or have we been assuming it?
