It is amazing how many "loving" parents are murdering their children.

Perhaps if she'd had a support system with family and friends in Mexico this wouldn't have happened. Isn't it amazing how many murderers and serial killers are reported to be the nicest folk.

She loved them to death. I hear parents saying that about their kids allot.

Perhaps we are being too cynical and are just not up on the latest trend in expressing love. < /sarcasm >

Yep, it is always said afterwards..."nice quiet guy, kept to himself" Of course they are quiet. no one ever knocks on his neighbor's door and says, "Hey will you water my plants I am going on a six state killing spree"!

How many times do we read that "oh but [he/she] was such a nice person?".
Apparently she wasn't.

Must be why Mr. Yates visits the former Mrs. Yates in prison once a month.

On last nights local news, this same Priest said that FOUR other women have come to him and confessed they too have been having the same thoughts of killing their own children.
IMO, these women should be separated from their Children ASAP.

I have a family I am working with now where I fear this kind of risk, but unfortunately, no action can be taken legally if there is no evidence of imminent danger. In these kinds of cases, there often isn't any that will hold up in court.

Well, if they outright SAY they have thoughts of killing their children, isn't that some sort of a "red flag" to get the kids removed from the home until the parent has been evaluated?
