...there are many conservative Christian UAW workers who likewise believe that many Democrats are as crooked as a dog’s hind leg because of their stand against Biblical based morality... This is Non sequitur. The piece is basically a hairball from a writing perspective. Union leadership, at the top is still made up of left over or descendents of communists. Their legacy thinking is very stale and stodgy. The writer fails to see the obvious solution. He wants the union to be more like he thinks it should be instead of just being gone.
