Well, when you exile the Constitution, what do you expect?

For starters, lets recall that the 9th and 10th Amendments are just as much in force as the 1st. How about honoring the words, "Congress shall make NO law". What about "shall not be infringed" is hard to understand? How about impeaching federal judges who cannot read simple English.

Further, very little of this would be possible without the open-ended money machine made possible by the private corporation of the Federal Reserve. Yes, FReepers, the Fed is not owned by the US Gov't, a fact that Google will still report on. It is owned by the National Banks, with capital in proportion to assets.

The money in your wallet is Federal Reserve Notes. You do know that a Note is an instrument of debt? Who are we borrowing this money from? (thin air or the Chinese?)

Indeed, why must money be supplied by a private monopoly? There is no provision for this in the Constitution in Exile, except that Congress and the Courts allow it.

I wonder if the true value of the shares in the Federal Reserve must be recognized and "marked to market" under Sarbanes-Oxley? Now there's an enforcement action guaranteed to bring out the skeletons in the closet.
