"Look at it this way. Hamas and its supporters are dedicated to the speedy elimination of Israel. If Israel eliminates them first, is there some reason to complain?"
Is it not interesting that Zionist extremists and Hamas extremists both agree on a 'one-state solution'?
Maybe the world needs to stop insisting on 2 states if these guys *really* only want one.

What gives you the right to say the nation of Israel shouldn't exist?

What "Zionist extremists"? Israel has bent over backwards to accomodate the Palestinians. Their reward is a government that wants to destroy them. The difference is obvious. Israel's government is not controlled by Zionist extremists. The Palistinian government, whatever Palestine is, is controlled by Palistinian extremists.

Hamas 'extremists'? You mean there's another kind of Hamas I haven't heard of?

That is very true except for one word. Zionists are the mainstream and vast majority in the USA.
Most Americans Support Right of Jews to Live and Build in Judea-Samaria

By a margin of nearly five to one, Americans oppose the Bush administration's demand to halt all further Jewish construction in Judea-Samaria (the West Bank) and Gaza . . . The poll, carried out by John McLaughlin & Associates, surveyed a scientific sample of 1,000 American adults on May 21, 2003.
Sooner or later, Israel will win and live in peace, one way or
the other.
It is interesting, though, that so many people around this planet are so obsessed with trying to destroy the people of Israel. It must be maddening for all who sympathize with the terrorists, to see what their friends (generic Islamist invaders against Israel) did with their "Palestinian" Election.

I'd go with that.
One State........Israel........the sane people.

There already is a "two-state" solution.
3/4 of Palestine is the Arabic state, The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The PLO wanted a three-state solution.
I'm happy witha 2 state solution and a population exchange.
