Did I say "Morning, LJ"? Not sure, but we could always use another.
Mornin', Tom!

Good Afternoon troops! Good Afternoon everyone! Gosh, so we talked to the doctor today (I can't believe I just used the word "gosh". What a weird word). He says that what's been happening is that all these different things (such as sinus headaches, changes in temperature and air pressure, certain times of the month, what I've been eating and how long since I ate it, etc) are triggering migraine headaches (which can have a wide range of symptoms) and the migraine headaches are throwing my entire body chemistry completely out of whack (What is a whack and how can you be out of it?) and doing things such as causing mild hypoglycemia and junk. At least I think that's what he said. Anyway, we're shooting for the 13th as my return to school (What an unlucky number!) for half days and then on the 20th I'll go back to school full days and start gym class again. So keep your fingers crossed!
A linguistics professor was lecturing to his English class one day. "In English," he said, "A double negative forms a positive. In some languages, though, such as Russian, a double negative is still a negative. However, there is no language wherein a double positive can form a negative."
A voice from the back of the room piped up, "Yeah, right."

Oooops musta been a Blonde....
I was performing a complete physical, including the visual acuity test. I placed the patient twenty feet from the chart and began, "Cover your right eye with your hand." He read the 20/20 line perfectly. Now your left." Again, a flawless read. Now both," I requested. There was silence. He couldn't even read the large E on the top line. I turned and discovered that he had done exactly what I had asked; he was standing there with both his eyes covered. I was laughing too hard to finish the exam.
