Terri was alert and aware and it should never have gotten to the point where a probate judge actually wrote the first death order to kill a disabled person in the United States. He didn't have the authority to mandate Terri's death. He had no authority whatsoever to do what he did (Judge Greer).

Choosing the manner of someone's death is against the law. He ordered her death and chose that it would be by starvation which is against the Florida Statutes. Starvation and dehydration is a FELONY.

That Terri was at the "end of life" is such a farce. She screamed when she found out the g-tube was coming out. She SCREAMED. She knew what they were doing to her. Her dad would tell her to hang in there.

Too bad the "unwanted" government never showed up. Too bad they turned around. Terri had no civil rights that everyone on this thread enjoys. For shame.
