Well I just e-mailed Frist's office asking him to invoke the nuclear option in case the Dems by some odd chance get the votes.

You think the Dems are hearing it from their base today? Imagine how we'd react if the Dems did get enough votes to filibuster and then Frist didn't go nuclear.

I just sent a very similar email to him (he's even my Senator), but I specifically asked that he immediately invoke the "constitutional option" if MoveOn.ORG successfully blocks the senate from voting. I don't want anyone, especially the RINOs, to have a chance to weasel their way out of this. Tie John McLame and the rest of the RINO "gang of 14" to their seats in the senate chamber so that they can't slink off into a dark corner somewhere and cut yet another deal to betray the American people and the Constitution.

If we lose the vote, we lose the vote, but the dims and the RINOs will lose big at the ballot box.
