Damn, Democrats are stupid. Their are basing their political calculation on their belief that should Bush be afforded the opportunity to replace Buzzy or Stevens, he will select a Janice Rogers Brown. In the Dems eyes there is no down side to filibustering any African-American who has "forgotten their roots" and other rot. The AA voting block is still monolithic in their voting habits and will not be swayed by the filibuster of someone they don't consider one of their own anyway.

News flash. The next nominee will be at least Hispanic if not female Hispanic. The Hispanic block is the fastest growing demographic in the US.
