True, but I left some details out. First, you have to require that the families be intact, with a man and woman as parents (probably a hate crime violation there - or at least their MSM would call it such). And, maybe, require that at least one of the spouses have a useful college degree, or a real job.
The real difference is that the government (and the people) actually would appreciate people getting paid for this activity, rather than being looked at as leeches. It has to be treated as a credible profession. It would be entirely different.
