The Nazis were interested in producing children only to serve as instruments of the state. They took the children away from Kirche and Kuche to camps in order to indoctrinate them to think of Hitler--the eunuch--as their father.
I once lived in a neighborhood in Brooklyn with a large Muslim population. I was always comforted by the fact that the Hasidim can still outbreed the Muslims by a considerable margin (they have the highest birthrate of any group of people in NY).
