I believe this still leaves only 56 Votes for Alito.
53 Republicans and 3 Democrats.
2 GOP Senators - Snowe and Chaffee have yet to announce.
1 Dem Dorgan on North Dakota is leaning to a Yes Vote.
Other Dems, primarily form red states, have said they will not filibuster. Pryor, Landrieu, Salazar.
