I have a good idea. What if 2-3 conservatives vote against closure, forcing a filibuster. Frist then brings the constitutional option up, and we end this silliness once and for all. BTW, I agree that 2-3 more Republican Senators make the Rinos, even from my state, Maine, irrelevent.

I agree. That is the only reason Dems are not filibustering. They don't want it ended once and for all.
