If the Dems think they can pick some up, particularly with the female vote, they will filibuster.
It has become patently obvious that the LAST thing some of these dem Senators care about is votes. What they care about is $$$$$$.
Massachusettes does not run the county, nor does it run the dem party. And Kerry cannot not make anything happen, even if he rushes in from slopes of Davos.
