Why not ask why anyone (including you) should be given any credibility on the subject when they refuse to correctly identify the issue? It's NOT domestic spying, it's wartime intercepts of international communications involving terrorists or terrorist suspects which might include one end of a conversation or electronic communication being in the US. And it's legal and constitutional
