The internal "Intelligence Alert" from the Office of Border Patrol -- issued to law enforcement officials Jan. 12 -- stated that the Mexican nationals were heading to San Francisco to sell the explosives.

That should be to USE the explosives. They aren't selling them for no reason. I'd be pretty worried if I lived in a city these days. The border needs to be closed!!!!!!!!!!!!
A twenty foot high wall with barbed wire, land mines and a moat filled with alligators and pirranahs should about do the trick. Not to mention the armed guards.

That won't stop them - they will just build another tunnel under the fence - a tunnel which leads directly to the fenced in yard of a building used by THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT.
